An illuminated art installation created for the 2018 Redmond Lights. Clouds made from recycled milk cartons and polyester furniture stuffing are internally lit with color changing LEDs and animated LED strips that give the appearance of lightning.
Each cloud was installed below a large reflective umbrella casting light back down on festival-goers. As a celebration of the PNW’s wettest months Rainbrella featured a rain-centric playlist that gave additional life to the ever-changing mood of the piece.
